LightHouse LHLF’s Core Values
LightHouse LHLF is a profitable business.
But it is more than an economic activity. It is more
than just a way to make money. LightHouse LHLF's core
values and meaningful ideals transcend purely economic
considerations. LightHouse LHLF's founding team wanted
the company to make a contribution to society.
Empowering the User
LightHouse LHLF contributes by collectively
achieving a goal that could not be accomplished separately
by each of the founders. LightHouse LHLF's services,
born from the combination of the founding team knowledge,
experience and will, empower the user. LightHouse
LHLF's first responsibility is to our customer. Our
services are of the highest quality. They are designed
to benefit our customers' employees (the user)
to make their life easier. We exceed our customer's
expectation. We practice 'up-serving', not 'up-selling'.
Employees
LightHouse LHLF contributes by making
our employees happy. We want our employees to achieve
their personal objectives through the company, so that
they can contribute to the development of their
community. We want our company to be a place where
people grow along with the company. Our second responsibility
is to our employees. We give them fair and adequate
wages. We focus on ability, performance and achievement,
so that each employee can demonstrate the best.
We recognize that our company needs a variety of
skills, rewarding them all with equity.
Pragmatic & Profitable
LightHouse LHLF is a pragmatic company.
Making profit is one of our most important objectives.
But profit is a means to other more important ends.
There is no life without profit, but they are not our
point of life. Our third responsibility is to our shareholders.
Our business will make a profit, and our shareholders
must receive a return. Not only because they
finance our venture. But also because they play a major
role in helping us to create a good company, with strong
core values and making a critical contribution to society.
Philanthropy
We will contribute by improving the world
we live in through our Philanthropic Model
Contribution of time and money to non-government-non-profit
organizations. Our fourth responsibility, and not
the least, is to the society we live in. LightHouse
LHLF contributes by helping children hospitalized through
various not-for profit associations aimed at making
the life of hospitalized children less heavy. We also
contribute time and money to social-non-profit-ventures. |
